HOW TO COMPLAIN:

We make the time and efort to make as certain a possible that your experience with us as healthy, kind, considerate and satisfying  However like all person to person services we are only human. We particularly don't like to have our clients leave us  only to later discover that they are in distress and whilst we can take no responsibility for how you may treat your feet after our care, we will try to make sure that you follow the regime and instructions or advice we give you. Ultimately it's up to you to manage your care and maintenance plan although we'd appreciate a quick phone call oe email to happyfeet@softsolespodiatry.com to let us know if you're having any difficulties once you get home. Take care of your feet and they'll continue to carry you for the rest of your life.
